Case summary
The Settlement Agreement for recovery of past response costs concerns the Chemical Leaman Tank Lines, Inc. Superfund Site located in Logan Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey. The Site is divided into three operable units. Operable Unit Three, the subject of this Settlement Agreement, addresses wetlands contamination at or near the Site. The Respondent completed the remedial construction for Operable Unit Three in June 2006, and has been conducting operation and maintenance work since that time.
