The company had filed TRI Form R reports for nickel and chromium compounds for years 2004 - 2008 when the Forms should have been for elemental metals. The incorrect Form R reports were withdrawn and revised reports were submitted August of, 2010. Likewise, the company submitted for cobalt compounds in 2007 and 2008 when they should have for cobalt. The revised forms were submitted in August of 2010. No penalty was sought.
