Case summary
The permittee has informed EPA that the system is ready to start full operation, the activities associated would result in discharges into waters of the US without NPDES permit. The permittee shall comply with the requirements in accordance with the provisions which require sample and analysis for different parameters. The discharge shall not exceed 0.650 MGD. All monthly and daily samples shall continue until a final NPDES permit is issued and effective.
