PRCC and Florida Lime Corp. are in violation of NPDES Permits for failure to comply with Total Dissolved Solids and other effluent limits and the Flow Monitoring Requirement. PRCC and FLC are also in violation of its Storm Water Permit (MSGP). The SWPPP is incomplete and PRCC is also failing to comply with the effluent limitations for Material Storage Piles in 40 CFR Part 411. The facility will join the FLC and PRCC discharges, treat them together, and discharge from PRCC's Outfall 001 and eliminate FLC Outfall 001.
