Case summary
Access Order issued to property owner to gain access to property in order to carry out sampling work in support of the remedial action at the Site. Access is needed to 1) take soil borings in the Propertys parking lot and analyze the samples taken to determine whether hazardous substances are present, and; 2) install temporary groundwater monitoring wells at the locations of two of the soil borings described above, and sample both these new temporary wells and a well which NMPC has already installed in the parking lot on the Property.
