Case summary
This Consent Decree requires the Settling Defendants to implement the remedy selected in the Record of Decision for Operable Unit Two issued by EPA on September 29, 2008 by performing the remedial design and remedial action to address soil contamination at the Site. The Consent Decree also requires the Settling Defendants to pay EPA payment of past response costs incurred by EPA at the Site, as well as to reimburse EPA on a yearly basis for future costs incurred by EPA with respect to Operable Unit Two at the Site.
