Case summary

This is a civil action in the District Court of the Northern District of New York, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 6991(e), against three related corporations. This civil action would seek civil penalties for violations of a number of regulatory requirements applicable to underground storage tanks (USTs) at eight gasoline service stations owned and/or operated by the defendants in New York State.
