An inspection revealed that two shop floor drains at the facility recieve vehicle runoff. One floor drain contained a slightly discolored fluid. The drains discharge to a seperate drywells. The drywells are above a state designated source water protection area. The respondent does not have a permit to discharge vehicle waste fluids to drywells. Injunctive relief is required. This remediation uncovered a significant UST spill on site (handled by NYS DEC).
