The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-292EC, in the amount of $1350, for the following violations: 280.20(c): failure to use an overfill prevention system; and 280.31(b): ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system; 280.40(a): failure to provide adequate release detection method for tanks; 280.44: failure to provide any release detection for underground piping; and 280.70(b): failure to comply with temporary closure requirements for a tank system for 3 or more months. Supplemental anodes were added to the USTs and the USTs were put into proper temporary closure (NOT permanent closure) to comply with this Field Citation.
