Case summary
1) The permittee has informed EPA that as part of the post-construction schedule, the activities associated with the start-up process would resuslt in discharges into waters of the US without NPDES permit. 2) The permittee shall comply with the requirements in accordance with the provisions which requires sample and analyses for different parameters. The discharge shall not exceed 1.1 MGD. All monthly and daily samples shall continue until June 30, 2008.
