A remedial investigation and feasibility study (RI/FS) must be performed with respect to the Site, an abandoned landfill. Respondent is a former owner of the Site but would not sign the AOC to perform the work. EPA issued this unilateral order to require the Respondent to participate and cooperate in the performance of the RI/FS being undertaken by Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products, LP (GPCP). The unilateral order also requires the Respondent to participate and cooperate in some aspects of the removal action that GPCP is performing at the site.
