Case summary
Two inspections were conducted, on February 23, 2007 and March 29, 2007. Inspection on February 23, 2007 revealed that Management firm had not done disclosure in a number of units at 380-402 Mt. Prospect Avenue. Subsequent inspection on March 29, 2007 at Audubon Place revealed that the majority of disclosure was performed after leases were signed by the tenants and after first visit by inspectors, which occurred on March 13, 2007. Complainant completed disclosure to all 509 units and agreed to perform a door replacement SEP for approximately 119 units.
