Case summary
1) EPA conducted an inspection of Respondent's facility, located at 13619 Colten Road, Savannah, NY on October 16, 2006. 2) The inspection revealed that: Three floor drains contained non-discolored fluid and discharge through a small tank into the leachfield. Waste fluids, cleaner, paint and oil are stored near the floor drains. 3) Based on the information revealed during the inspection referred to in paragraphs 12-13, above, Respondent is in violation of 40 C.F.R. 144.11 and 40 C.F.R. 144.12.
