The above mentioned respondent at one time used a cesspool on site for disposal of industry specific waste fluids that may cause contamination of the aquifer underlying Suffolk County. In addition, respondent used this cesspool on site for disposal of untreated sanitary waste. Respondent is required to sample the cesspool to determine the extent of contamination if any, remediate any contamination found, close the cesspool and switch to an acceptable method of sanitary waste disposal. Industry specific wastes must continue to be disposed of via the store and haul method currently in place.
