In March through October 2002, the Respondent through its several contractors, completed an extensive asbestos abatement and on March, 2006 began to demolish a structure. The Respondent failed to notify EPA, at least 10 working days prior to a asbestos abatement. EPA orders the Respondent to comply with all the provisions of 40 CFR Part 61.145(b).
