Case summary
In March through October 2002, St. Croix Renaissance through its several contractors, completed an extensive asbestos abatement and on March, 2006 began to demolish a structure that was abated during the 2002 extensive asbestos abatement. St, Croix Renaissance failed to notify EPA, at least 10 working days prior to a asbestos abatement. EPA orders St. Croix Renaissance to comply with all the provisions of 40 CFR part 61.145(b.
