Case summary
On February 12, 2007, EPA inspected the 5 buildings comprising the Eastchester Heights. At the time of the inspection, the property was owned by Eastchester Heights NYC, LLC. EPA confirmed that the facility was subject to title V and failed to apply for a permit. Approximately one month after the inspection, the property was sold to Eastchester Heights LP. The Compliance Order serves to address our inspection findings with the new owners.
