Management company is not a small business and manages approximately 80 buildings nationwide, consisting of approximately 14,000 units. Inspection involved review of lease file from the following New York addressses: 117 Garth Road, Scarsdale; 105 Haven Avenue, New York; 701 West 180th Street, New York; 320 East 52nd Street, New York; 1795 Riverside Drive, New York; 701 West 177th Street New York and 950 Underhill Avenue, Bronx. Respondent has agreed to perform window replacement SEP for pproximael 40 windows, to reduce lead-based paint and lead-based paint dust hazard.
