1) EPA conducted an inspection of Respondent's facilty, located at 1818 Linwood Rd, Linwood, NY on January 20, 2003. 2) Inspection revealed that: a) The Lawnmower/tractor sales & service facility built in 1950s; contains three (3) floor drains all claimed to lead to a leach field. They receive vehicle runoff. The wet shop floor showed evidence of previous spills. b) The facility utilizes injection wells as follows: i) Disposal of fluids within the sales and service area are handled through three (3) floor drains discharging into the septic system and leachfied. shop floor showed evidence of previous spills. Relief Requested: Closure of UIC and Report submittal to US EPA.
