The Inspector issued the facility Field Citation II-UST-FC-1041, in the amount of $300, for failure to comply with temporary closure requirements. To comply with the Field Citation the facility removed their USTs (three 4,000g gas tanks) and conducted remediation of the contaminated soil. A closure report has been submitted to EPA and oversight of any additional remediation at the facility will be handled by the NYSDEC.
