At the time of the inspection, Respondent had not filed a Tier II Inventory Form for calendar years 2002, 2003, and 2005. Also, Respondent had not submitted an updated RMP by August 27, 2004. A complaint was issued against Respondent for penalties for these violations. Withdrawn by the Region Feb. 5, 2008 (case closed).
