EPA has determined the proposed penalty of $157,500 against the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority concerning the Baldorioty de Castro Wastewater Collection System (WWCS, an appurtenance of the Puerto Nuevo Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant).
