Case summary

A cost recovery action was initiated against the current owner of the Site, pursuant to Section 107(a) of CERCLA. In addition, EPA seeks to recover the costs constituting the lien, pursuant to Section 107(l)(4) of CERCLA. On December 2, 2013, DOJ filed a modification to the Consent Decree. On January 14, 2015, DOJ filed a second modification to the Consent Decree. On December 19, 2016, DOJ filed a third modification to the Consent Decree.
