The site is approximately 19.4 acres, it did not file for a construction general permit. There were no storm water controls in place and they did not have a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. EPA issued Administrative Order CWA-02-2005-3216 on May 18, 2005. The facility failed to comply with this Order. This Show Cause Order will require that Estancias representatives meet with EPA and to comply with the original Order. Additional environmental benefits are listed on the original order.
