EPA v. Circuitron Corporation SF Site
Final Order With Unspecified Cost Recovery
Case summary
The Effective Date for this Prospective Purchaser Agreement is September 29, 2005. Suffolk County will now proceed to bring the Site property to auction, and whoever is the winning bidder will have to sign on to the Agreement as the Auction Purchaser. Therefore, one additional party will be added in the future to the list of settling parties. At the time that the Auction Purchaser is known, EPA will know what amount of cost recovery it will receive from the sale of the Site property. It is estimated that this amount will be from $250,000 to $400,000.
