EPA v. Fairview Gardens LLC

Final Order With Penalty

Case summary

This inspection started with a denial of entry. EPA sent an information request letter, received an unsatisfactory response, and referred it to ORC. After ORC contacted the Respondent, they provided leases for review. There was no disclosure done prior to our inspection, or even up to 11 months after our inspection, as evidenced by the leases sent to EPA. One disclosure was done, on a new lease, to show EPA that they are now doing it, but it was done incorrectly. CCDS: This inspection started with a denial of entry.
