Within ten days, (1) Respondent shall make a hazardous waste determination on those solid waste streams for which it has failed to do; (2) Respondent shall mark containers holding hazardous waste with the words hazardous waste and with other words that describe the contents of the container; (3) Respondent shall properly containerize all hazardous waste; (4) Respondent shall keep lids of containers holding hazaardous waste closed unless wastes are being added or remove from the container; (5) Respondent shall repair any leaks which compromise the secondary containment system of the hazardous waste shed; (6) Respondent shall mark containers holding hazardous waste with the accumulation start date as appropriate; (7) Respoondent shall post emergency telephone numbers near the phones. Immediately, Respondent shall (1) conduct weekly inspections of the hazardous waste stoarge area; and (2) make arrangements and agreements with emergency response teams to familiarize them with the facility layout, properties of the hazardous waste handled at the facility, places where facility personnel normally would be working, entrances to and roads within the facility, and evacuation routes. Within thirty calendar days Respondent shall (1) prevent containers holding hazardous waste from being exposed to extreme temperatures; and (2) install a communication system in the HW shed.
