Case summary
PRASA has violated the Clean Water Act by intermittently discharging sewage (wastewater) through a point source(a sewer pipeline system and pumping station) into Waters of the United States. In order to stop the discharge of sewage, PRASA will have to construct a new trunk gravity sewer pipeline that will eliminate the existing Colomer Pump Station. This pump station has been working cery badly in the last years. PRASA will have to finish the works by no later than December 2005.
