Unilateral Administrative Order Without Adjudication

Case summary

Within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the ORDER, PRASA shall submit a compliance plan to EPA that outlines a schedule, for the completion of all the permanent repairs needed to correct the deficiencies found at the Juncos WWTP during the EPA's CEI of January 26, 2004. The schedule shall not contain dates beyond one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of receipt of this ORDER. All the treatment modules, pumps, controllers, mechanical and electrical equipment, including, but not limited to, switches, float controllers, alternate power generators, lighting and safety equipment should be in full operational condition.
