Unilateral Administrative Order Without Adjudication

Case summary

Within ninety (90) calendar days of receipt of this ORDER, PRASA shall repair/replace or make fully operational, the Rotational Biological Contractor (RBC), and the blower that was found out of service. In addition, PRASA needs to correct all the deficiencies found at the Las Carolinas WWTP during the EPA's CEI of January 30, 2004. Within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of receipt of this ORDER, PRASA shall submit a certification to EPA stating that all required repairs/replacements identified in ordered provisions have been made to the facility and are capable of full operation. PRASA shall fully comply with all provisions of the permit including General Condition C.1 of the Las Carolinas WWTP NPDES permit.
