On December 13, 2003, Wego disclosed to EPA that during an audit conducted by SJC Compliance Education, Inc., it was discovered that new Form R reports needed to be submitted to EPA for thiourea for calendar years 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001 and for lead compounds for calendar years 2001 and 2002. The failure to submit in a timely manner complete and correct Form R reports constitutes a failure to comply with Section 313 of EPCRA, 42 U.S.C. � 11023, and with 40 C.F.R. � 372.30. The new Form R reports were mailed to the US EPA on January 20, 2004.
