Case summary
Respondent had several PCB Transformers is use during first inspection. EPA discovered violations regarding marking, recordkeeping, access, storage, and disposal, to name a few. Respondent was issued a Show Cause Letter(no complaint issued). In the course of trying to remove several of the PCB Transformers, Respondent committed new violations regarding storage and disposal. As a part of this enforcement action, Respondent will remove all PCBs left on their site.
