System violated the Sate 1 DBPR by failing to submit a omplete monitoring plant (40 C.F.R. 141.132 (f)), disinfection byproduct precursor monitoring data for January and February, 2002 (40 C.F.R. 141.132(d)), and chlorite and chlorine dioxide monitoring results (40 C.F.R. 141.132(b),(c)). System violated the the IESWTR by failing to comply with the 1 NTU maximum filtered water turbidity limit and failing to report that individual filter turbidity monitoring is being conducted.
