Case summary
NPDES Permit violations by not proper operate and maintain the Dorado WWTP. Within sixty (60) calendar days of receipt of the ORDER, PRASA shall repair/replace or make fully operational, all the deficiencies identified by EPA during the March 3, 2003 inspection. Within seventy (70) calendar days of the receipt of the ORDER, PRASA shall submit a certification to EPA stating that all required repairs/replacements identified in the ORDER has been made to the faiclity and are capable of full operation.
