Case summary
Raw sewage discharges from the Colinas Metropolitanas pump station at a location other than the authorized in the Bayamon Regional WWTP NPDES permit. PRASA shall repari, unclog and clean all sewer pipelines and manholes that are causing sewage bypasses a the Colinas Metropolitanas pump statin and sewer lines. Submit to EPA and implement a PMP, and a sewer system evaluation survey Submit a plan to EPA that describes any an all repairs to the Colinas Metropolitanas Pump Station and sewer lines that must be made to correct the overflows situation in the pump station. Within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of receipt of thei ORDER, PRASA shall submit a report and a certification to EPA that describes all repairs/replacements that were made. Also, that the pump station shall operates in both automatic and manual mode at all time.
