Case summary
Raw sewage discharges at a location other than the authorized in the Puerto Nuevo Regional WWTP NPDES permit, causing raw sewage discharges into the streets, storm water collection system and into Buena Vista Creek, a water of the US. PRASA shall repair, unclog and clean all sewer pipelines and manholes that are causing sewage bypasses a the Las Americas Expressway sanitary line (as defined in the Order). Submit to EPA and implement, a PMP, a sewer system evaluation survey ( SSES ) and a report to EPA the results withn 120 days ofthe receipt of the Order.
