Raw sewage discharges at a location other than the authorized in the Bayamon Reigonal WWTP NPDES permit. Several broken pipelines discharging into the storm water drain that conveys into the Levittown lake. PRASA shall reparis, unclogg and clean all sewer pipelines and manholes that are causing sewagae bypasses at the Levittown Sanitary Collection System. Submit to EPA an implement a PMP, and a sewer system evaluation survey.
