Case summary
Belated Notification, plus an unverifiable address and name for an Adult Day Care Center. The new policy is to require the notifier to provide a summary of all jobs performed during the three-month interval following receipt of the administrative order (AO). The summary is in addition to all the required notifications for individual jobs, and must even include jobs that would normally not require a notification; either by reason of being too small or involving non-regulated asbestos or demolitions.
