On March 10, 2003 Intermagnetics General Corporation ( IGC) disclosed possible violations to the USEPA pursuant to the Audit Policy. In the disclosure, the facility indicated that it failed to file Form R reports for copper for reporting years 1998-2001 and for lead for reporting years 2001.
