DURING THE INSPECTION FACILITY WAS ISSUED AN UST FIELD CITATION FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: 40 CFR 280.21(B): FAILURE TO UP- GRADE USTS; AND 40 CFR 280.70(C): FAILURE TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE OR UPGRADE A TEMPORARILY CLOSED UST SYSTEM AFTER 12 MONTHS. THE FACILITY SUBMITTED AN UST CLOSURE REPORT DOCUMENT- ING THAT IN ADDITION TO REMOVING THE THREE USTS IDENTIFIED DURING THE INSPECTION, TWO ADDITIONAL USTS WERE FOUND AND REMOVED. TO CLARIFY THE FIGURE ABOVE, 2950 GALLONS OF OILY WATER AND SLUDGE WERE REMOVED FROM WITHIN THE FIVE USTS. *
