Case summary
'Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of this Order, PRASA shall install an effluent flowmeter and an influent auto sampler for the new 1.0 MGD treatment moduel and shall provide to EPA a plan that outlines a schedule, to be completed within ninety (90) days of receipt of this Order, to address the deficiencies listed on Finding #1 of this Order. Additionally, all pumps, controllers, mechanical and electrical equipment, (including but not limited to) switches, float controllers, lighting and safety equipment should be in full operational condition. All the components of the facility, including but not limited to the items listed under Finding #1, shall operate in automatic mode at all times, as appropriate.'
