THIS SITUATION RESULTS IN VIOLATIONS OF THE NPDES PERMIT ISSUED TO THE CAGUAS REGIONAL WWTP. THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER (AO) REQUIRES, AMOUNG OTHER THINGS, PRASA/CAPR TO REPAIR/REPLACE/UNCLOGG THE SEWER PIPELINES IN ORDER TO STOP THE DISCHARGE OF RAW SEWAGE AND IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN COMPLIANCE WITH THE NPDES PERMIT.
