******* RAW SEWAGE DISCHARGES AT A LOCATION OTHER THAN THE AUTHORIZED IN THE CAGUAS REGIONAL WWTP NPDES PERMIT, NOT REPORTING INSTANCES OF VIOLATIONS, NOT GIVING PROPER OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE TO THE JOSE MERCADO II PS CAUSING RAW SEWAGE DISCHARGES INTO THE STREETS, STORM WATER COLLECTION SYSTEM AND INTO LAS BAMBAUS CREEK. PRASA/CAPR SHALL REPAIR, UNCLOG AND CLEAN THE PUMP STATION AND SEWER LINES THAT ARE CAUSING THE SEWAGE BYPASSES. SUBMIT TO EPA AND IMPLEMENT, A PMP, AND A REPORT DETAILING THE AMOUNT OF TIME AND ASSOCIATED COST WHICH WERE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE ORDER.
