'Administrative Order issued requiring Respondent to install, operate and maintain a new SVE system; install, operate and maintain appropriate treatment technology for off-gasses if required by EPA; perform routine SVE system monitoring and indoor air monitoring; investigate, sample and remove sediments in dry wells located in the alley on the east side of the building; and investigate, characterize and delineate other sources of VOC contamination in the event that indoor air in the building continues to be impacted after the drywells are excavated.' Amendment to Administrative Order dated September 30, 2002, which includes, among other things, a modification in the scope of work to require Respondent to not only achieve certain levels in the indoor air but to operate and maintain the SVE system and subslab depressurization system until certain levels are reached at the intake of the SVE system and the intake of the sub-slab depressurization system.
