CCDS: Respondent operates a facility in Isla Grande which stores PCB items. Respondent failed to compile and maintain annual documents on the disposition of PCBs. Respondent failed to keep maintenance records for the PCB items. Respondent has already complied with the provisions of TSCA and certifies this as part of the CA/FO.
