RESPONDENT VIOLATED AO ISSUED BY EPA IN APRIL 2000 FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONSUMER CONFIDENCE REPORT (CCR) RULE. 11/01/02: Since the Complaint was served, we have been unable to locate the Respondent to serve him with our Motion for a Default Order (He failed to answer the complaint.). The county was unable to locate the Respondent as well. We have therefore, been unable to serve Respondent with any and all Motions following the Complaint and therefore decided to withdraw the case as of right.
