Case summary
RESPONDENT VIOLATED AO ISSUED BY EPA IN APRIL 2000 FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONSUMER CONFIDENCE REPORT (CCR) RULE. This case was initiated due to a violation of the Consumer Confidence Reporting requirements of the SDWA. Since the time we issued the Complaint to the owner of the Public Water System, the systems has been sold to a new owner who was not named in the Complaint. Also since the time we issued the Complaint the operator has come into compliance with the Consumer Confidence Report requirements. In light of this, the Agency withdrew the case.
