THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER IS ISSUED TO PROVIDE SOPLAERA COMMUNITY WITH THE TIME NEEDED TO GET CONNECTED TO PRASA, ELIMINATING THEIR SURFACE WATER SOURCE AND COMPLYING WITH THE SDWA.
