FAILURE TO TIMELY SUBMIT INFORMATION REQUEST. FAILURE TO STOP, CONTAIN, CLEAN UP RELEASED USED OIL, FAILURE TO LABEL / OR MARK TANKS AND CONTAINERS W/ THE WORDS OF USED OIL. * CARIBBEAN USED OIL COMPLIANCE/ENFORCEMENT INITIATIVE - PART OF REGIONAL USED OIL MANAGEMENT STRATEGY IN CARIBBEAN. * Approximately 1200 gals. of used oil annually generated by Municipal Motorpool of Utuado. Instead of properly managed and disposed of the used oil, some used oil was spilled onto the ground and flowing toward the river. The used oil is currently being properlly manage and spillages on the ground and soil are removed.
