GROUNDWATER MONITORING PROGRAM. The first Amendment to Administrative Order on Consent amends an Administrative Order issued September 27, 1999, EA# 02-99-2026. The September 27, 1999 Order required the Respondent, a generator, to implement a post-record of decision groundwater monitoring program at the Curcio Scrap Metal Site for five years. Under the Amended Order, the Respondent will continue the groundwater monitoring program at the Site for an additional five years. In addition, under the terms of the Amended Order, the Respondent has reimbursed EPA in past response costs. A second amendment requires the Respondent to continue the groundwater monitoring program for an additional five years and reimburse EPA in past response costs. Under the third amended order, Respondent will continue the groundwater monitoring program at the Site for an additional five years. In addition, under the terms of the Amended Order, Respondent will reimburse EPA's past response costs.
